Your team:

You'll be part of our Financial Compliance team. Together with your other team members you'll provide support for all upcoming tasks in financial accounting.

Your new job:

Be involved in all aspects of accounting, including preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
Take care of account reconciliations – including general ledger, intercompany, and bank accounts – and manage fixed assets.
Handle incoming and outgoing payments, process invoices and travel expenses, and ensure all transactions are booked correctly.
Set up payment runs and keep the day-to-day payment process running smoothly.
Take responsibility for VAT returns, summary reports, and contribute to regular financial reporting.
Act as the main point of contact for external accounting firms supporting our subsidiaries.

Your background:

You have completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk or a similar commercial qualification.
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and feel confident handling the tasks mentioned above.
You are comfortable using accounting software and MS Office in your daily work.
You are comfortable working in multicultural teams and collaborating across different time zones.
You can effectively communicate in English and German verbally and in writing across all levels.
You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
You would like to work in an environment without a formal hierarchy and are ready to take ownership for your work.
