Team info:

You will be part of our Professional Services team in Europe. Together with your other team members you'll act as a technical subject matter expert for our products and surrounding components, to jointly design and deliver deployments of Open-Xchange OX App Suite, Dovecot Pro and PowerDNS for our customers. In collaboration with your team you will take part in attractive projects with world-class customers across Europe.

Our tech stack:

Our operating system is Linux.
Our products are in transition to kubernetes-based deployment models.
Our applications support very large scale Collaboration and Security platforms.
Scripting: bash, python

Your new job:

You'll assess constraints and requirements, discuss technical challenges and create joint solutions.
You'll work out architecture and high-level design and further define cross-system integrations and data flows.
You'll work with customers to deploy our products and launch new platforms.
You'll communicate with customers and partners to manage and develop technical relationships.
You'll act into the Open-Xchange company, managing internal processes and collaborate with the various teams, acting on behalf of the customer, with the goal of mutual success.

Your background:

You are proficient in customer-facing technical roles with a strong background in the Linux operating system.
You can effectively communicate in English and German verbally and in writing across all levels in a company.
You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
You are motivated and creative and want to connect the world through Open Source technology.
