Your team:

In this position, you’ll take ownership of planning and executing impactful events that enhance OX’s market presence. Your role will offer unique insights into event strategy and execution, helping to strengthen OX’s visibility and engagement across key audiences.

 

Your new job:

  • You’ll manage Open-Xchange’s participation and sponsorships at events across Europe and the US, and support other regions as needed.
  • You’ll oversee event logistics and operations, including planning, booth design, creative development, and on-site coordination.
  • You’ll handle project management, budgets, and invoices to ensure smooth execution of each event.
  • You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop event-specific communications, activities, and innovative event concepts that drive sales enablement and customer retention.
  • You’ll create and refine event messaging and communication materials in alignment with OX’s overall brand and marketing strategy.
 

Your background:

  • You already have experience managing both single-day and multi-day events.
  • You have a proven track record in event management preferably within the IT industry and across different countries.
  • You have experience creating and managing events focused on either sales enablement or customer retention and loyalty.
  • You are highly detail-oriented and have excellent project management skills.
  • You are comfortable working in multicultural teams and collaborating across different time zones. 
  • You can effectively communicate in English and German verbally and in writing across all levels.
  • You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
  • You would like to work in an environment without a formal hierarchy and are ready to take ownership for your work.
