Team info:

You'll be part of our People team. Together with your team members you'll be the contact person for our colleagues and the expert for all HR related topics. Your people team colleagues are based in Olpe and Berlin.

 

Your new job:

  • You’ll be the contact person for our colleagues for all HR related topics, including strategic HR subjects, feedback topics as well as administrative tasks.
  • Together with the people team you develop and implement new frameworks, initiatives and solutions that support individual and organizational development, such as salary bands, development reviews and salary development.
  • You’ll take on projects and drive them forward with the input of stakeholders.
  • You’ll help to establish a company culture that is based values like openness, equality, empowerment and the ability to take ownership.
  • You’ll take on administrative and operational responsibility for general people related tasks within the whole employee life cycle.

 

Your background:

  • You already have several years of working experience in typical Human Resource (HR) related tasks.
  • You have a strong knowledge of HR practices and German labor law (additional knowledge in Dutch, Spanish, French or Italian labor law is a plus).
  • You have a passion for working with people, strong interpersonal skills and can adapt different roles, such as sparring partner, advisor and mediator.
  • You can effectively communicate in German and English verbally and in writing across all levels.
  • You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
  • You would like to work in an environment without a formal hierarchy and are ready to take ownership for your work.
  • You are proactive and have an independent way of working.
